Erajaya Group, as the distributor of Apple products, has officially released the iPhone 15 series in Indonesia. The launch was held in five major cities, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, and Makassar. “We will continue to strive to provide the best for Apple users in Indonesia,” said CEO of Erajaya Digital, Joy Wahyudi in Jakarta on Wednesday.
During the launch event in Jakarta, Erajaya Digital gave a mystery package to the first 600 attendees. The mystery package contained various prizes, ranging from shopping vouchers to other Apple products.
The iPhone 15 series is available in four different models: iPhone 15 regular, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Each model offers various outstanding features that will impress users.
The regular iPhone 15 is equipped with a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display. Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 Plus has a larger screen size of 6.7 inches. Both models are powered by the A17 Pro chip, which offers exceptional performance and a Pro camera system with seven lenses for outstanding photos.
The starting price for the regular iPhone 15 is Rp16,499 million and it is available in three storage options: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. The iPhone 15 Plus is priced starting from Rp18,499 million and also comes with the same three storage options.
In addition, the availability of colors is an interesting choice with options such as pink, yellow, green, blue, and black. The iPhone 15 also features Dynamic Island, a 48MP main camera, and USB-C connectivity, all wrapped in a strong aluminum and glass design.
Apple has also released two other models, namely the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The starting price for the iPhone 15 Pro is Rp20,999 million and it is available in three storage options: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and even 1TB. Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is priced starting from Rp24,499 million and also comes with the same three storage options. Users can choose from natural titanium, titanium blue, titanium black, and titanium white for the color options.
One notable feature is the durability of the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max against water, splashes, and dust. All products are tested in controlled laboratory conditions and meet the IP68 standard according to IEC 60529, which means they can survive at depths of up to 6 meters for 30 minutes.
However, it is important to note that this durability may decrease due to everyday use. In the event of liquid exposure, users should follow the user guide for cleaning and drying, as liquid damage is not covered by the warranty.
