Prabowo Subianto, Chairman of the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra), has officially announced the new composition of the Central Executive Board (DPP) for the 2025–2030 term. In this new structure, Prabowo Subianto will continue to hold the positions of Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Other key appointments include Sufmi Dasco Ahmad as Executive Chairman, Sugiono as Secretary-General, and Satrio Dimas Adityo as Treasurer-General. The official signing ceremony took place at Prabowo’s residence at Garuda Yaksa Padepokan, Hambalang.
Sugiono, the Secretary-General, expressed gratitude for the unwavering support of all Gerindra Party members. He stressed the importance of unity and solidarity within the party, especially in backing the current administration led by President Prabowo Subianto. Sugiono highlighted that this commitment is a collective effort to help the President fulfill his duties in accordance with the constitution and laws of Indonesia. Additionally, he thanked his predecessor, Ahmad Muzani, for his 17 years of service as Secretary-General from 2008 to 2025.
As Indonesia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sugiono also thanked Prof. Dr. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, the newly appointed Executive Chairman, for his continuous dedication to Gerindra since its establishment. He recognized Prof. Dr. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad’s integral role in shaping and strengthening Gerindra into its current form. This announcement signifies a new chapter for the party as they move forward with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment.
