Poco is ready to launch three phones in the mid-range and affordable segment. The new Poco X6 5G series, consisting of Poco X6 5G, Poco X6 Pro 5G, and Poco M6 Pro 4G, will be launched on 11 January. These phones bring new choices in the mid-range and affordable market segment. Following previous teasers, Poco X6 and Poco X6 Pro 5G have again teased their launch through their official x.com account.
According to Gizmochina (8/1), the new teaser confirms the presence of three main sensors, each with 64 MP with OIS and also allows for 2x zoom in-sensor. In the teaser video, Poco also showcased the camera module design of the Poco X6 Pro 5G, which features a three-camera sensor and an LED flash. The phone is set to be launched on January 11 around 5:30 PM IST.
As per previous leaks and rumors, Poco X6 Pro 5G and Poco X6 5G seem to feature a new HyperOS, not MIUI 14. Poco X6 Pro 5G will debut with the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra. This chipset is a high mid-range offering from MediaTek that can offer top-notch performance.
Furthermore, the phone will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a 64 MP OIS main camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging. Poco X6 Pro recently appeared on the AnTuTu benchmark with a score of 1,464,228 points.
Meanwhile, Poco X6 5G seems to offer a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, a 64MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera sensor, and a 5,100 mAh battery with 67W fast charging. Some renders seem to display different color models.
